Eren was in the survey corps as he walked down the halls and knocked on Erwin’s door. “Come in, my love”, Erwin said. Eren smiled and opened the door and said, “Hey babe”.  Eren looked at the paperwork and said, “Babe, where is Levi?”. “Honey, me and Levi are both working and stress okay”, Erwin said.  Eren said, “mhm… Can I do something to help?”. “Honey…I love you, but you can’t help with paperwork, Erwin said. Eren said, ‘I meant by giving you a massage…or get you at least to take a shower”. Erwin said, “A message would be fine”. Eren worked on his shoulders and said, “You're so tense babe”. Erwin chuckled and said, “I am pretty sure, you meant my muscles are huge”. Eren blushed and said, “Maybe”. Erwin chuckled and said, “I’ve been busy with paperwork”. Eren was massaging his muscles and smiled. Eren said, “I love you Erwin”. “I love you too Eren”, Erwin said. Eren smiled and kissed Erwin’s cheek. Erwin went back to work after Eren was done and Eren kissed Erwin and left and left. Eren left for Levi's office. Eren said, “Levi babe?”. “Come in”, Levi said. Eren entered and saw paper stacked everywhere and sighed. Eren said, “Babe…you need to rest”. “I have paperwork to turn in’. “I know babe”, Eren said, hugging Levi. Levi hugged back and sighed and sat Eren in his lap and said, “Are you okay babydoll?”. “Why don’t you and Erwin take a break…I am worried for your health”, Eren said, holding Levi’s hand. A knock came to the door as Levi said, “Name and Reasons”. “Erwin Smith, and Personal”, Erwin said. Levi said, “Come in”. Eren was sitting on Levi’s lap. Erwin said, “Hey babe, hello honey”. “Hi”, they both said. Eren said, “What’s wrong babe?”. “Just…we need to talk”, Erwin said. Levi said, “About?”. Erwin said, “I think babyboy was right, we kind of need a break, we been coped up in our offices for a week now”. Eren looked at Levi, who looked back at Eren and sighed, “Yeah we have been neglectig our beautiful boy”. Eren smiled softly and said, “Let’s go get something to eat”. “The Three left to the mess hall, to see everyone there. Eren groaned softly and said, “I don’t wanna deal with my peers right now”. Erwin chuckled as Levi smirked at Eren. Eren was picked up from the waist as Eren wrapped his leg around Levi’s waist and said, “Levi!!”. Everyone’s attention was on them. Connie laughed and said, “Wow, Yeager, so desperate for Captain’s attention”. “Oh shut up, and yes”, Eren said. Levi said, “Hey we said, we were sorry baby boy”. Erwin chuckled and said, “We did”. “You owe me cuddles”.

Eren ate dinner as Levi and Erwin were talking to each other. Eren said, “How about a date night tomorrow?”.  “Depends honey”, Levi said. Eren pouted slightly and said, “Fine”. Erwin chuckled and said, “Don’t be upset babe”. Eren grumbled and Levi pulled Eren close to him and kissed his cheek. Eren was calm and hid his face in the crook of Levi’s neck. Levi held Eren’s head and stroked his hair. Eren said, “Levi…that makes me…sleepy”. Eren slowly fell asleep as Erwin chuckled and said, “You made him tired Levi”. “He looks peaceful, now shut up”, Levi said. Erwin smiled and said, “I will take him to our room”. “Okay”, Levi said.

Eren passed out on Levi’s bed and Erwin smiled and chuckled softly. Erwin let the boy sleep and left the room.

A few weeks later, Erwin and Levi was both stressing out over paperwork and would snap at everyone including Eren, luckily Eren wasn’t bothered by them yelling, instead he would hug them from behind and stroke their hair telling to the take a deep breath and relax, of course it helped them since it was their baby boy helping. Eren knocked on Levi’s door and said, “Heichou, your tea”. “Come in”, Levi said, in an annoyed voice. Eren sighed and opened the door and set the tea down and kissed Levi on the lips and hugged him from behind and said, “Calm down Levi…you're okay”. “Sorry honey, I didn’t mean to snap at you”, Levi said, holding Eren’s hand. Eren looked at Levi’s cold eyes and kissed him on the lips and said, “I know, you and Erwin are both stressed, and I am trying to help you”. Levi said, “I know love, I know”. They kissed once again then Eren left him to work.

Eren entered the mess hall and saw Everyone’s attention on him and said, “What?”. “Where is Captain and Commander at?”, Armin said. Eren frowned and said, “Working”. “I see”, Hange said. Eren said, “Mhm”. Eren hummed and sat down by Mikasa and Armin. Jean said, “Have they avoided you?”. “No”, Eren said. Mikasa said, “They are probably stressed”. “You don’t think I know that…”, Eren snapped. Everyone was silent. Eren got up and left the mess hall. Eren went to his cell and groaned. Suddenly he had a plan. He got it ready in the field they have. Eren set a small picnic with some red roses. Eren said, “Hange, can you go get Erwin and Levi?”. Hange nodded and left. Eren was wearing a dress that was blue and white.

Erwin and Levi entered outside and saw Eren, wearing the dress and they were wearing a suit, it was a small picnic. Eren smiled softly and said, “Hi”. “Hey beautiful”, Erwin said. Eren blushed and said, “I know you two have been busy and stressed lately”. Levi said, “It’s lovely dear”. Eren smiled and patted both sides of him as they sat down. They started to talk and eat the sandwiches and fruit that Eren made. Levi said, “you make really good food”. Eren chuckled and kissed Levi’s cheek and said, “Thank you”. They talked for a while as Eren was kissing Erwin. Levi said, “Really, right in front of my fruit salad”. Eren giggled and kissed Levi and said, “You're jealous~”. Levi smirked and kissed Eren and said, “very much so”. They went inside after Eren threw away the garbage and such. They headed for bed as Eren was in the middle, Levi on the right and Erwin on the left, it was a good night for the three and went to sleep.

Erwin and Levi were lucky to have Eren as their lover.
