A slight water ripple moved across the calm water surface, breaking the reflection of the moon and reveals a figure of a man's back view.

Feng Jiu turned around to see who was behind her. A tall person with long silver hair and dressed in purple robes.

Feng Jiu stood up and asked the mysterious man, "Who are you?"

Without warning, the purple back suddenly turned around, taking her by surprise.

Feng Jiu was startled awake from her deep sleep when she realized that this man from her dream looks exactly like Dong Hua.

As the 'Pillow Dream Destination' project takes off, Dong Hua and Ji Heng had been spending a lot of time together, sometimes even until late at night.

As Feng Jiu was leaving the office, she noticed Dong Hua and Ji Heng were together, and they seem close.

Dong Hua, who was often known as a man of few words, was having conversations with Ji Heng, and she wasn't shy about showing affection towards him too.

After being bumped into, some files that the man was holding on, fell onto the floor.

"I am so sorry! Because I was in a hurry just now, I bumped into you," Feng Jiu apologized, and she quickly bent down to pick up the files for the man.

While picking up the files, she noticed something familiar.

"Isn't this the leaked proposal for Pillow Dream Destination that was stolen before the launch? Why is it here?".

Feng Jiu quickly turned to look at the man's face and recognized him; it was Nie Chuyin from the Design department.

Nie Chuyin noticed that Feng Jiu was getting suspicious.

Then he immediately picked up all his files and fled the scene without saying anything.

Feng Jiu was a smart person, and she knew that there was shady business going on between Nie Chuyin and Mo Jie International. She was bent on finding out the truth.

But how is she going to find out the truth?

Over the next few days, Feng Jiu secretly observed Nie Chuyin's movements while trying to uncover the truth.

It seems like Nie Chuyin had been on his toes as well, so it wasn't easy for Feng Jiu to do anything.

But Feng Jiu has always been a firm and unwavering person, and if something caught her attention, she would never give up until she finds out the truth.

Her perseverance finally paid off when she had to work over-time one day.

After everyone left for the day, Feng Jiu finally finished her work and was leaving the office at 8.00 PM.

While she was waiting for a taxi, she noticed a familiar presence, standing across the office building. Upon closer look, she realized it was Nie Chuyin, and a black car came to pick him up.

At the same time, Feng Jiu's taxi arrived, and she quickly told the driver to follow the black car. They arrived at a cafe nearby shortly, and Feng Jiu waited in the cab, trying to figure out what he was up to.

To her horror, Miao Luo, director of Mo Jie International, came and met up with Nie Chuyin at the cafe.

Feng Jiu then put on a cap and a surgical facial mask to avoid being spotted by them. Then she sneaked into the cafe and got a booth seat behind them.

With Feng Jiu's quick thinking, she immediately took out her phone and started to video record their conversations.

"I had paid money to the family members of the two men who were caught setting fire to Tai Chen Group. I think that would shut their mouth regarding the truth." Nie Chuyin promptly said.

Miao Luo took a sip of her coffee and replied, "I was right about you, you did an excellent job by sending us their final proposal for the Pillow Dream Destination project and also handling the fire incident. Too bad they came up with a new proposal and averted the crisis, but it won't be for long, as they still have to deal with our lawsuit. Let's see if they can get away with that too!"

Nie Chuyin nodded and smirked, "Trust me, I will handle it and make sure the company goes down. This time around, Dong Hua won't be so lucky!"

After finishing their drinks, they headed off in different directions.

She thought as much that the fire incident was set up by Mo Jie International, and sure enough, she was right about it.

Now that she has concrete proof, she finally has a chance to repay Dong Hua.

She will send the video to the police, and Tai Chen Group would finally be cleared of all charges.
