Bobby: you need to tell that Gardner of yours that you're going to be writing him checks from now on..

Y/n: I love you too dad

Bobby: get some rest I'll see you a little later..

Bobby gets up and kisses your head and walks to the door.. as he walks out buck is starting to head in and he pauses for a second with Athena behind him..

Buck: uh Bobby I was just looking for the bathroom uh.. sorry I'll go this way.

Athena: go on in buck check up on her.

Athena gives a stern look to Bobby and nudges to let buck through to see you..

Bobby moves out of the way and buck heads into the room

Athena: big strong Bobby nash I think we need to have a talk about the princess you're keeping locked up in the tower.

Athena then cuts Bobby off

Athena: not the right guy? You mean that guy in there making her smile ear to ear  the guy who almost tore my head off to find the person responsible? The attention now shifts you you and buck he had just walked a little shy since the captain was outside the door.. he smiled at you with his hands in his pockets and shrugged his shoulders.

He then reached into his jacket and pulled out a small bear with a fire hat on it.. you both smile and he leans in to kiss you..

Buck then gets up and waves bye to you and walks out of the room. You can't help but to smile and hug that little bear.. somehow a terrible day wasn't so bad.
